Reloadis Newbieous In Habitat

Written By: richardwcraver - Nov• 25•17

I went to the range this morning to observe a Defensive/Tactical Pistol match. I wanted to see how it worked and maybe try it on a future match. I wasn’t planning to shoot the match, but took the Beagle and 100 rounds of reloaded 9mm just in case I decided to make some noise.

Although the match was on the club website, it had been cancelled. So I shot the 100 rounds I brought, then set about foraging for reloadable range brass. I went full range squirrel! Until the knees had enough of the gravel.

After sorting out the stray .380 and .40 cases, cleaning and inspection I ended up with 373 good reloadable cases. Sigh. I was really hoping for around 500.
